To do this, the main thread is simply guided through the orange slider and the decorative yarns are held by the upper thread guide on the knitting ring.
The optimal positioning of the main thread for knitting is facilitated by the slider: if the main thread is not needed, it can simply be slid behind the pattern threads, which are ready for further knitting.
